  • Need a freelance artist? TAP Training Program graduates are ready for hire in freelance roles in pre-production, production, post-production, administration and more.

  • Need some additional artists on a project and love mentoring at the same time? Hire a TAP training program graduate as an apprentice, where they can take on higher skill-based tasks under your team’s supervision.

  • Internships are the ideal role for a TAP Training Program graduate, giving them hands-on, real world learning experiences while also helping your studio run more smoothly.

    Several studio partners later hired their TAP interns for full-time positions.

  • Mentorships are an integral and rewarding part of building out a more connected and equitable industry. Our talent is eager to learn from your experience and wisdom.

    A mentorship can include one-time portfolio reviews, regular coffee chats, networking/introductions, etc. The options are many and the experience is priceless.

From observing a dailies meeting, to sitting with one artist for a-day-in-the-life experience, to a full studio tour, our talent is eager to witness it all.
