TAP’s Animated Storytelling Groups are community-based groups and for creatives (ages 15-24). Participants engage in free therapeutic and informational sessions where they work as a team to tell their story and learn various aspects of the animation pipeline.

Participants work as a team to produce an original, computer animated video
Groups are led by a creative arts therapist and a professional animation teaching artist
Young people explore professional 2D computer animation software
Participants explore new ways to make decisions and practice impulse control through story development and production
Young people explore new education and career options
Production concludes with a public screening of the animation
