Meredith Dean Promoted to Associate Executive Director!

CONGRATULATIONS!

Meredith Dean (she/her) joined TAP in 2016 as Program Manager and was quickly promoted to Clinical Program Director in 2017. She is an experienced advisor, consultant and administrator with a knack for navigating complex systems. Meredith has extensive experience in strategy, team-building, support services, consulting and research. She has a substantial background in organizational leadership, grant and policy-writing, revitalizing reporting and filing structures, developing best practices, trauma-informed and healing-centered care and the creative arts therapies. Meredith is adaptable, nimble and a creative self-starter; a strong leader and collaborator; a humble problem-solver; a mindful community-builder. And now, Meredith is TAP’s Associate Executive Director!

Working at TAP means collaborating with the most extraordinary team in the world who work on behalf of the most creative group of people in the world. Their stories and wisdom inspire me every day. And no, I'm not biased at all :) The opportunity to take on more of a leadership role is exciting and humbling. I look forward to continuing to deepen TAP's roots and elevate its wings now and into the future as we all work together to animate our world into the best it can be.
