Made in New York Animation Project

The Animation Project is currently funded by New York City’s Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment, in partnership with the Neighborhood Opportunity Network (NeON), with a shared vision of equity and access.

The Made in New York Animation Project offers a paid animation internship program to participants to help foster the next generation of digital storytellers.

Supported by a local Industry Council comprised of professional animators, professors, directors, producers and consultants, graduates of TAP’s internship program are placed in external internships at top tier animation studios with the shared goal of sustainable employment.
